Resolved - The issue with PostHog has been resolved.

Monitoring - PostHog has released a fix and they are monitoring the results. Some functionality may return to accessim.org. We will update when PostHog confirms they've resolved the issue on their end, and we will confirm things should be working on ours.

Investigating - PostHog feature flag api errors are making some features on accessim.org inaccessible. This includes features like math tools that only show up if the relevant feature flag is set to true. Since the app can't get the result of the feature flag, it defaults to false, thus hiding the feature. Engineering is monitoring PostHog status updates, and will update when we have more information.

Resolved - Resolved: last night, the web hosting company for illustrativemathematics.org and illustrativemathematics.blog resolved an issue with their security feature that was preventing users from accessing those websites.

Update - Update: the issue lies with a 3rd party service and we are awaiting for their teams to address the issue. Engineering is monitoring status updates and will notify the organization once we have more information.

Update - We are aware the users are experiencing intermittent issues accessing the site due to a CloudFlare block warning. We are investigating and recommend that users re-try the site if they receive the error or clear their cache if the issues persists for them.
